Safety is a fundamental aspect of our lives that should never be taken for granted. Every day, we encounter various hazards and risks that can cause harm to ourselves and others. Whether it is at the workplace, on the road, or in public areas, we must remain vigilant and take all necessary precautions. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. We all have a role to play in ensuring our safety and that of those within our proximity.
Moncla Safety Awards: Recognizing Excellence in Workplace Safety and Well-being
Over the years, HSE/HR Director, Joe Crappell, has had the honor of representing Moncla at various Safety Awards Banquets. We have been blessed to receive several Safety Awards at these events. Over the years we have received numerous (60+) safety awards from severaldifferent organizations. In 2021 and 2022, Moncla received the President Certificate of Recognition award from Energy Workforce & Technology, which is a tremendous achievement. Our Owners, Management team, and employees were thrilled to accept the award and understand the commitment it took to achieve the award two consecutive years. These awards directly reflect Moncla’s commitment to an incident free workplace.
